Staff

The Young Women’s Resource Center has a full-time staff of passionately dedicated people who make sure our mission is carried out every day. These are the people who bring the Young Women’s Resource Center to life and who carry out its programs and objectives.

Felicia Banks-Wagner

Felicia is our Young Moms Specialist: Postpartum and Parenting team member and provides direct programming and support for parenting young moms. Her key duties include coordinating and implementing postpartum and/or parenting groups onsite and within schools, supporting participants through individual support, and supporting bi-annual client events.

Marcia Bradley

Marcia is our Art Therapist and specializes in creative counseling techniques. She provides voluntary and confidential counseling services for our girls and young women in schools and at the YWRC.

Linda Brown

Linda is our Program Manager. She trains, supervises, directs, and cultivates growth and development of Empowerment and Young Moms teams. Linda collaborates with the program team on implementation and reporting of programming.

Mackenzie Carlson

Mackenzie is our Development Manager. She is responsible for several aspects of fundraising including annual donor stewardship and communications, grant writing, community and fundraiser event support, gift acknowledgements, and maintaining the integrity of the donor database.

Shannissy Catron

Shannissy is our Doula Program Coordinator. She works contracted doulas to provide support, assigning doulas to Young Moms participants, managing trainings and payments to doulas, and being a mentor to contracted doulas.

Sy'Anne Dysart

Sy'Anne is one of our Empowerment Program Specialists. She prepares for and facilitates Empowerment Groups within the schools and After School groups at the YWRC.

Gary is one of our Transportation Specialists. He ensures our participants get safely to and from YWRC groups and programs.

Berenice one of our Empowerment Program Specialists. She prepares for and facilitates Empowerment Groups within the schools and After School groups at the YWRC.

Jennifer Mesecher Ogg

Jenny is our Finance, HR and Data Director. Jenny manages the YWRC finances, including overseeing the entire organizational budget. She also manages the program results database.

Erin Moran

Erin is our Senior Director of Communications. She is responsible for all of the YWRC's marketing and communication efforts including print and digital materials, social media platforms, website management, graphic design, and media relations.

Kelsi Roby

Kelsi is our Senior Programs Director. Kelsi oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of YWRC’s Empowerment and Young Moms programs. This includes supporting program planning, monitoring needs and successes, and supervising program activities.

Liliana San Elias

Liliana is our Office and Transportation Manager. She provides administrative support, office and building management, and reception duties. Liliana also coordinates transportation to and from the YWRC so participants can attend programs and access resources.

Kimberley Strope-Boggus

Kimberley is our Senior Development Director. She oversees all fundraising efforts and is the lead for our main fundraising events. Kimberley is also the lead for donor relations and strategic growth initiatives.

Rachel Woodhouse

Rachel is the YWRC Interim Executive Director. She ensures programs and operations are aligned with our mission, values, goals, and policies. Rachel also supports the development and implementation of YWRC’s strategic plan, oversees the financial growth and health of the organization, and leads daily operations.
